“Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears. Great location except beach is……

“Everything was excellent. My first time staying at Novotel and liked it very much. I stayed for Three nights.Surely, will be going back. Only complain about the breakfast servers, some of them were goog but some of them were lazy. I had to asked some one to serve my wife and I. Some one send us that server, but he would not come and ask us if we needed any refil on our coffee and avoid taking dirty plates from table. Other than that everyting was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent as well. ”
