“Great location. Nearby bicycle rentals, restaurants and electric boat rentals. Surfing at Blackies beach just north of Newport pier 1.5 miles from home. Comfortable for our large group. The air conditioner worked for us (keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.)”

“The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!”

“What a wonderful stay! Perfect location. I chose this home due to reviews about location and being able to accommodate a large group and I can say I was not disappointed! Now the driveway to garage is extremely steep, but parking was no problem. Plenty of lots and or public parking. Everything was wonderful and will choose to stay again!”
