Shower screen was disgusting, small tacks sticking out of the carpet between the kitchen tiles and the carpet, no fan in toilet, just very old looking& out dated

Walking distance of a great fish and chip place (300 metres or so). Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, 2 door fridge with separate fridge/freezer compartment. Stayed here a few times, good place

Nice motel, comfy bed, cold fridge/freezer, air-con. I loved the sms I got shortly after booking letting me know I can use the code they sent me to get my key-card from a locker to open my room. Very convenient check-in, I love it.

Very happy.
Was exactly what we needed for a quick sleep before continuing a long drive. Breakfast was fantastic too.

The Room was mostly clean and tidy the Bathroom floor was in need of a good clean it had a lot of wet dirty footprints on it. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Self-Check in was a bit confusing compared to other properties.

There were cobwebs and there wasnt a fan in the bathroom so we had to open a.window that was above the shower and anyone could see in.

The Avenue Motel not great as the room had no hanging storage , the window coverings useless let far too much light in , awake from 6.00-6.30am up with the dawn .

Our stay at the avenue was very relaxing after the drive from Sydney, the staff were very helpful and friendly, will stay again if we are down that way in the future

The owner should have a walk through and check everything. The cleanliness in detail, fix the painting of mold on some walls . Otherwise it's not to bad of a place. He needs to take more pride in his business.

Had crack heads next door to me being loud and starting there car and people going in and out of there room until 4am. Next to my car that had tools and sounded like they tried to lift my tailgate door. Felt unsafe and got no sleep at all. Was easy to get in the room with the lockbox code

Very convenient, clean and tidy, Golf Club opposite offered great meals and was an easy walk, good heating, good beds, hot water out of the taps is scalding so much care is needed when using the hot water, children especially could get scalded, good value for money.
