"We had a wonderful weekend in Solvang thanks to our gracious host Grazyna and her lovely studio apartment. It is in the center of town, but nicely hidden away in an authentic Danish building. It is private and very quiet, even on a busy weekend. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. Parking is very convenient. A perfect place for two. We hope to visit again soon. "The entry and parking for the unit is in the rear of CVS, next door to the market place. Was difficult to locate at first. Upon entry to building the odor from the market place is overwhelming, especially the elevator smells like expired milk. Upon arrival to the unit, we were satisfied with overall appearance. However, it is not luxury as described. Any more than 2 adults would be crowded for me. That first evening, the heating didn’t work properly but came on at 7am and was comfortable for the...

"This little cottage was perfect to visit family in Solvang. Short walk to downtown. Clean.The only improvements I might mention is a curtain for the entry door and less of whatever room spray they use as it was overwhelming and made our clothes smell like room deodorant. We never received the door code so I had to track down the host, not sure what happened but it worked out fine."

"This place is such a gem. The location is perfect. We never used our car at all. Parking was super easy in the back of the building. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot for a glass of wine. The host was super easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. We may even brings the kids next time :)"

"There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place."

"My husband and I traveled to Santa Ynez for a very special family occasion and were looking for a space away from the crowds to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. There were birds, a few horses and a few foxes that we spotted. The guest house was very bright, airy and clean. The hosts were very easy to communicate with while also being very unobtrusive. We will definitely stay again!"
