"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! "lovely hotel, great spa facilities & lovely meal. staff all fab . nly issue was the security bold on the room jammed into place when we were int he spa so we couldnt get back into our room and they had to call maintenance. the lady on reception said it happens often. we were in a hurry so it was not great and we began to panic about the time. these should be removed and replaced with ones that cant lock when you leave the room. very scary if you left a young child in there and popped out for 1 minute or had a train to catch etc. aoart from that it was brtilliant - thank you "

"Don’t be put off with the outside of the hotel it’s a bit shabby and need some TLC however inside was lovely staff where lovely too. The parking was a bit expensive £44 for 48hrs I do think should be free or reduced rate for people using the hotel! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel ."

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times as location is super convenient next to train station and price is good but it’s really tired and rooms nearly always have issues. This time the curtain rail came off as I tried to draw the curtain. There was obviously a laundry room close by as all I could hear was the washing machine spinning all night and the bedding is really not very comfortable. I will stay again but it’s really nothing special. "
