Very Disappointing
This Sun River trip out of our many years and stays was by far the most disappointing;(
The pictures of the home online were less than accurate of the condition of the home;( Also it is not noted anywhere in the description that there is no back deck for enjoying outdoor time, the deck is out front along with the neighbor whom is very close in proximity… if you did want to sit out front, the patio table was terribly chintzy and filthy.. had a couple of “folding” chairs. The house really needs some love, the 2nd floor does not cool down, dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets had to be re-washed, hair in one of the beds for sure, smell the water treatment plant that is behind, and to top it off I fell and twisted my ankle on the cinder blocks provided as a step to the front entry;(
That was the end of the issues and we left 3 days earlier than supposed to. With that and many phone calls to Vacasa, Zero of them were returned as I was asking for a partial refund. Completely unacceptable When it comes to customer service. I will never use Vacasa again because of this and the terrible lack of communication with my concerns. I received zero acknowledgement, phone calls or any type of refund still to this day two and a half weeks later (I phoned again today and they have informed me I will not be given a refund) Terrible.
