"A fantastic week in this villa. Really well equipped, lovely outdoor space and pool, lots of seating outside both covered and round the pool. Great location 5 mins walk to beach, back again is up a hill but not far, 5 mins walk to Caka Torrey for restaurants and small supermarket and 25 min walk to Binibeca Vell with larger supermarket and more restaurants. "So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. "Pros: Big air conditioned rooms and all had big en-suites which was great. Loved the villa and greenery plus the wildlife that came to visit. The garden was well maintained. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Paco was super and explained everything to us. Cons: The pool was dirty with scum and the whole villa needed work eg painting as everywhere looked tired. "Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. "Wonderful three night stay. Reception staff on arrival were helpful and friendly, explaining all facilities etc. Our room was large and comfortable, a bonus for me was a kettle so I could have my morning cuppa! Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh bread; there was even a chef there to cook eggs, or omelettes for you. There is a rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna, also sundeck with loungers. One of the unique things about this hotel is The Green. It is a lounge area where you can get free drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, such as salads, small sandwiches and cakes etc! Location was about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, the bus station is also only a 5 minute walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"Absolutely lovely stay. Less than 5 minutes walk to shops/restaurants/bars and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.The pool at the villa was amazing - long enough to actually swim in.Villa itself was very quiet, well furnished and definitely suited our needs."
