"Rooms need to be cleaned a lot better "

"Vicki greeted us at check in with a smile and helped us get the best room possible. We had booked with a request for first floor and at first it looked like we would have to take a 3rd floor. She was able to provide a first floor after all, and we really appreciated the extra time and effort she took to figure out a solution. We saw her multiple times throughout our stay. She was always friendly and making sure we were happy with our room and checking to see if we needed anything. Breakfast items were a little different each day. Good there was variety as we were there four mornings. Everything was kept fresh and area was clean and neat. Very clean, updated, and quiet hotel. We were there 4 days for family in the area, and it was easy to travel back and forth to Rome as needed. This hotel is across from Turning Stone Casino, and I expected it might be noisy during the evening, but it was very quiet. We will stay again when we are back in the area."
