No individual thermostat for each room. It is out in the hall. We went in June, so it was hot. We did call and the management gave us a number to unlock the storage room to get the key for the thermostat but it didn't work. Had to wait until the next morning when the maid came to set temperature lower. There is a ceiling fan and fan in the closet. Still was not as cool as we wanted. Only 1 chair- no small table (for food in your room)- no facial tissue (bring your own) only toilet tissue. Very small trash cans. Bring a trash bag if you bring food to your room. Parking could be an issue if it was during the peak season. All in all, very nice and clean room. Great location.
