She had local products for sale, including soap, lotion, maple syrup and other things at a small store on the property. Internet was spotty. It was close to ACE adventures where many activities are available. It is upstairs, so not handicap accessible. Host was friendly and able to answer our questions.”

It really helped us sleep and the fully stocked kitchen was great for all of our needs. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and both tvs in the complex were a nice touch for our stay. Overall, we were both very happy with everything. ”

“The host was very responsive and the house was clean. When we pulled up the grass was really tall and the neighboring homes were not kept up. The beds were comfortable but the furniture in the family rooms were extremely uncomfortable. Water pressure was amazing and showers were nicely updated. Exterior of the home was disappointing, a lot of punch out items that need to be addressed. The train ran every 2 hours or less and you could definitely hear it inside the house around the clock. “Great upper unit over a garage. If it's just the 2 of you and you'd like a cute, comfortable, clean place, in a neighborhood, and stairs are not a problem. This is the place for you. It was perfect for us, as we spent a couple days exploring the New River Gorge National park.”

“Not too far from the lake, a bit of a trek to the New River Gorge. The place was very clean with most of what you’d need. Communication was excellent. A/C worked very well!”
