“Hôtel à proximité immédiate de Europa Park (15min à pied). Même si le personnel ne parle pas français, l’accueil est top et souriant. Le hall de l’hôtel est très sympa avec un espace bar et repas/petit déjeuner (pas testé). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et conformes à ce que nous attendions. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence d’un coffre fort dans la chambre qui est toujours appréciable quand on passe 2 jours au parc. A noté que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain sécurisé mais pas……

“If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and……

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”
