" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend "
