Experience this serene condo with picturesque bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo. Situated within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Only a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to Silver Dollar City and 5-minute drive to Tablerock Lake.
-Lower level entrance with approximately 11 steps down to the front door.
-Access to Lake Taneycomo within Pointe Royale Resort
Neighborhood amenities:

-Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, bar & grill, nature trail +
No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings
Boat & trailer parking not permitted

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

Great visit

The property was easy to find and access, and very comfortable inside. I loved the green view from the deck with my morning coffee. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The community was extremely quiet and things like the pool weren't over crowded even though it was 4th of July week.

Beautiful place

The location and the condo itself were beautiful! The view was great as well. It ended up raining our whole trip which just changed up our fun. The only thing that put a damper on it was my 2 month old and husband ended up having some kind of allergic reaction to the bed and the couch. My son and I were fine , but they had trouble breathing and congestion. But once we left those locations they got better and returned to breathing normally. Just put a damper on the trip with them not feeling well due to the condo.

Nice place except feral cats

The resort itself is beautiful and lots to do. This particular building was not the best on the property compared to the others. The unit was clean, comfortable and had most items you need while traveling. The feral cats around the property were the most disturbing around this building. One even sprayed on our items drying on the deck. We won’t stay in this unit for that reason

Well stocked condo with amazing view

We stayed at this property for 3 nights during Thanksgiving break. It’s inside a gated community so we felt very safe staying here with our family. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are well stocked. The view is amazing. We spent a couple of mornings watching sunrise and felt so blessed Check-in process was smooth. Everything was communicated well Parking is plenty Clubhouse (pool, hot tubs, pickle ball court, restaurants) is only 2-3 min walking distance Location is about 20 min from downtown Branson. One thing we’d like to share: If you want to fish, there is a fishing area within 2 min driving distance that is part of Lake Taneycomo. Depending on water level you might need waders The resort also have a small pond you can fish using live baits but somehow my kids only caught a lot of blue gills and didn’t get any trouts Overall it was a wonderful stay. My family enjoyed our time there.

Great location & nice condo

Property is in a location that’s close enough to the main strip but far enough away where you have peace & quiet. You do hear the neighbors upstairs and were woken up by them every morning. Don’t believe it’s them being loud just the floor/ceiling is not soundproof at all. Had dirty dishes & silverware that were in the cabinets so we had to be very careful about what we used. Seems like housekeeping put them away dirty because there was a dishwasher pod in the dishwasher but it didn’t seem like it was run. They should pay better attention as it was clear the dishes were dirty. Otherwise it was very clean.

Family Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend over Easter. The property was clean, as described and had everything we needed. Easy place to stay with kiddos and the view was great! I recommend and would stay here again or at other properties of the same owners.

Great Trip

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The amenities at the complex were great-the kids especially liked the playground by the the river. We took our dog on the wooded trail nearly every day! Thanks for a great place in an especially good location!

Convenient location

We love staying in Pointe Royale. The neighborhood and ammenities are nice and the location is great. Marshall Properties is a great one to rent from at Pointe Royale! We have stayed in several of their units.

Nice peaceful stay

Nice condo overlooking the dam and lake. We could see a bit of it. Nice view. Condo is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook.

Beautiful condo with AMAZING views

We rented this condo for the weekend. It was so much prettier than the online pics could show. Everything was very neat and clean and comfortable. This condo is very spacious and met our needs perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner abd coffee. There are not any travel sizes or samples of that! Otherwise, it is one of the best condos I have ever rented!

The cost of the condo stay was affordable, and the place was nice. It was perfect for our family of four plus a dog. All was as advertised. I also liked to walk on the hiking trail, which was beautiful in the mornings. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place!

Thus place was absolutely immaculate when we walked in! I would live here if i could! Everything we wanted to do was so close to us that our 3 month old puppy didnt have to be in his kennel for to long at a time and that is kind of what sealed the deal because i was worried we wouldnt be able to explore to much!! Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.

Get away Branson

The whole process was simple. Communications was perfect. This was a very clean condo and had everything need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Nice view and very nice area to stay at. Gated community you can’t beat that. Thank you for a wonderful lace to stay!
