This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Total area measured about 10x15. It had a small window AC that did work well but was noisy. Mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The worse thing for me was the road noise as the room was 10’ from the road where vehicles stopped at a light. The owner, Linda, was very nice and helpful.
