“Wonderful. Friendly, attentive and courteous owners looked after us perfectly. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Perfect for our weekend break. Situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle of town but only minutes away by foot and ideally placed for the railway station. ”

“We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon in our 1936 Riley. All the parking spaces were occupied. The landlord moved his own car further away so we could park our car so it could be seen from our room. The breakfasts were good. An altogether comfortable stay.”

“Very friendly host with great service at breakfast; they were very accommodating of my wife's coeliac. Bed and room were comfortable and clean. I really liked that they had large bottles of soap rather than having small disposable ones.”

“The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

“The staff made the stay for us, they were brilliant for my family and especially my little boy. Breakfast was great. Location was great and the rooms were really nice. We’ll happily be back, hopefully soon!”

“Great reception nothing was too much trouble. Parked the car and able to walk easily round town and beaches. Rooms cleaned daily, and for a change real coffee in the room. Microwave if required. We’ll be back next year all being well. ”

“The lady herself was lovely bit the room was dirty mould on window frame dirty toilet mould in shower we paid for bed and breakfast but the lady never mentioned everything about breakfast at all no times where the dining room was nothing ”
