Welcome to our sparkly, shiny new Airbnb nestled in the charming village of South Cave, renowned for its beautiful landscapes and scenery, including the Wolds Way.
Lucky 13 is a three-bedroom two storey house situated on a quiet and refined new build development in the heart of the village. The house is very spacious and airy and can accommodate five people very comfortably. At the heart of the property is its open plan kitchen, dining area & lounge with large sliding doors leading onto a generous patio and astroturf lawn. The secure private garden has the benefit of side access, a large modern lockable shed (handy for storing bikes, walking equipment, golf clubs etc.) and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The ground floor of the house is completed with an entrance hallway with cloak storage and a modern downstairs toilet. Upstairs we have a master king size bedroom with slick modern built-in wardrobes, a concealed 32” SMART TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large modern thermostatic rain shower enclosure, designer vanity sink unit, illuminated Bluetooth mirror with speakers, wall hung toilet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a comfortable double and again has smart modern fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is a lovely well-appointed single room. Finally, there is a family bathroom with large bath, overhead thermostatic rain shower, designer vanity sink, modern rimless toilet, and a heated towel rail.
We have strived to furnish our Lucky house as if it were our own home with the finest quality furniture, high end hotel bedding, Egyptian cotton bath sheets, day/night vision blinds, black out curtains and stylish art & interior accessories. We have kitted out the kitchen with high-end integrated appliances which include a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, multi-function fan oven, larder fridge freezer and microwave to ensure that all modern conveniences are catered for. The cupboards and fully loaded with plenty of high quality, mugs, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper, basic herbs etc.) to ensure that even the most enthusiastic cooks are well catered for. In addition to the must have kettle & toaster a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother adds a touch of luxury and ensures that a quality caffeine fix is always on hand.
As a high-end new build property ‘Lucky 13’ benefits from modern luxuries such as underfloor heating, fabulous water pressure (ensures a great shower) crisp décor, designer bathrooms, quality sound insulation, CAT6 TV connections, High Speed Internet and Two private off road parking spaces.

South Cave is situated just 10 minutes from the Humber Bridge and is nestled in between York, Beverley and Hull with easy access to the A63. The village boasts a number of listed buildings including the Church of All Saints and the medieval Cave Castle with its golf course, gym and heated swimming pool. If you fancy a drink or a bite to eat the Fox and Coney Pub serve up excellent food, premium draught beers, spirits, an extensive array of wines and a variety of cocktails. The Bear is a very popular traditional village pub offering local ales, a good selection of beers, spirits and even some local wines. In addition to the two pubs the Trinity Bar and Kitchen, The Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant (at the golf club), the Courtyard Bistro and the Windsor restaurant at cave castle all provide fabulous, varied food and drinks menus. Further notable local attractions are the ‘Little Wold Vineyard’ winner of several national awards for their wines and Drewtons Farm Shop & Kitchen where local fayre is served in the kitchen and also sold in their lovely well stocked farm shop. Both of these are also fabulous and very popular wedding venues, along with Cave Castle. The local convenience stores, post office, chemist, hairdressers, beauty salon and a variety of other small shops and services are literally on the doorstep. All of these including the children’s play park, sports centre and tennis courts are situated five minutes’ walk away from the house, so we really are in a prime location central to everything. .
