"Didn’t appreciate being asked to attend timeshare presentation and even after saying no being pursued later. Level of service is poor and barely 4 star certainly not 5 star. Pools were very cold so mostly unusable during the stay. Far too many unsolicited phone calls to the room when we were trying to rest. Resort not really for me so I take that into consideration as it’s focus is more on families and party people."

Two weeks prior to our trip, a concierge reached out on behalf of the owner to help us with ground transportations and all-inclusive plans. I appreciated this -- as it wasn't even on my radar.
