While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. "Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. They are making a huge amount of money but spending NOTHING on maintenance"
