Estudio 1 sobre hermosa playa, excelente opción

Habitación tipo hotelera con vista a laguna y acceso directo a la playa. Sillas de playa, sombras y piscinas sin costo. Cafetería en lobby, Spa, Gym.
Hay 3 Restaurantes y tienda de conveniencia cruzando la calle.
Comparte instalaciones con el hotel Oleo Cancun, por lo que existe un Brazalete todo incluido (bebida y alimentos) opcional por aproximadamente $90 usd p/p 9am-6pm o $120 9am-1.30am para consumo en los restaurantes y bares dentro del complejo.

Habitación tipo hotelera en un Condominio que comparte instalaciones con el hotel Oleo Cancún. Ideal para descansar luego de disfrutar intensos días de actividades, playa o trabajo. Refrigerador pequeño, microondas, caja seguridad.
Como huéspedes nuestros tienen acceso a todas las instalaciones. El Spa tiene costo extra y a los restaurantes y bares se puede acceder comprando en recepción el brazalete de todo incluido.

Si no está disponible por favor escribanos ya que tenemos mas estudios y departamentos en éste y también en otros condominios.

Antes de su llegada: deberá por favor brindarnos el nombre de los huéspedes que llegan.

Asesoría y venta de tours. Trabajamos para el principal mayorista de la zona, por lo que ofrecemos un servicio de mucha calidad, sin engaños y con consejos sinceros sobre cada actividad o parque.



Limpieza: el servicio de limpieza adicional se puede solicitar con cargo extra. El cargo que se efectúa al momento de reservar corresponde a la limpieza al momento del check out.
En estadías de 7 días o más brindamos una limpieza de cortesía. Si desean una limpieza extra en estadías menores se puede realizar con un costo adicional ($18 usd por limpieza y $12 usd por cambio de sabanas y toallas)

Toallas: Brindamos una toalla de baño y una de playa por huésped por estadía. En estadías de 5 días o más les ofrecemos cambio de toallas sin costo.
Tendrán en su habitación un rack eléctrico para secarlas.

Studio with option of all inclusive

Host was very accessible and helpful with transportation, also checked in with us during our stay. Room is on a resort with access to a beautiful beach and pool. Did the all inclusive one day but we go off property a lot so liked the option. Easy transport to excursions and downtown. No hard sales pitches from resort either.

Really enjoyed the pool and beach. Plenty of places to to lay back and chill. Both poolside and on the beach. The OXXO convenience store is right across the street. Two restaurants right in front, with great vibe, view and food.

Very Relaxing Atmosphere

My wife and I had a very welcoming stay. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. I must say we did not have the Exclusive package in which we did regret not having. Although this did not prevent us from enjoying the sights and all that Mexico had to offer. We thought we enjoyed the day out and about and then we went out at night and had just as much enjoyment. - If we had one thing to say on the contrary, we hoped room serviced would have been more frequent. We would recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

March in Cancun

Very nice resort but none of the food or beverage were available for purchase so it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to get dressed & take a taxi every time we were hungry or thirsty. The room was modest but quiet and inexpensive. The weather was perfect and most of the time we could find a beach chair and umbrella for both of us but sometimes we had to split up because there weren’t enough beach chaises. We loved dining at Navarios, Porfirios, LaParilla & Puerto Madeira but $15+ in taxi each way except Navarios which was walking distance.

Highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay at Agustin’s place. He communicated with us always, anything we needed we heard back right away. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, easy to get around to the downtown area. Would highly recommended this place. We will be sure to come back!

Easy, clean, convenient

This is a great location if you want to be on the beach and have a pool but away from the major hotel zone. It’s also great for people that want to go on excursions and explore off the resort. We only paid for the all-inclusive twice while we were there. They have great food options and drinks. If you don’t buy the all inclusive all you can use is the coffee shop. But across the street is an amazing hole in the wall restaurant - KM19.5, Oxxo (gas station like store), and a very fancy beautiful restaurant! So you have options. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you all over, it’s very convenient and cheap! The staff at the hotel are wonderful.

Great place in the Hotel Zone

Oleo Hotel is beautiful with access to some of the best beaches in the region. Easy to get everywhere on the busses. The room was exactly as described. Owners were responsive, professional and easy to work with. We used their pick up services which was easy and flawless. The room and common areas were impeccably clean. Would definitely return.

Nice spot with beautiful beach

Nice quiet little place. It’s on the far southern end of the hotel zone which is great for going to places like the airport and Playa del Carmen but not as great if you are into hotel zone partying (which we were not so it was great for us). Wish it wasn’t double beds but that was a small thing. We did not do the all inclusive upgrade available because we were out doing activities and not hanging out at the hotel. But the food looked good and there was lots of drinking at the pools when we passed by if that is your style of vacationing. Frankly if you are more into activities like Scuba, Xplor, Xcerat etc, I think staying in Playa del Carmen makes more sense. We ended up driving down that direction several times during the week.

Great beach studio 😎

Description of the property in the VRBO website is accurate. Great view of the lagoon, good beds, good water pressure in the shower, safe deposit box & small fridge. Agustin & Laura were quick to respond to any inquiries via text or phone. Used their transportation services from/to the airport, had no problems & the fare was in line with other providers. Also booked a tour to Tulum through Agustin & everything worked well. All in all, a great apartment at a good price, would stay here again.
