"I really loved the hotel overall! The location, atmosphere, and stay were great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. I wish the room had been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The corners of the bathroom were noticeably dirty, and I always like to check behind the bed—it was unfortunately very dirty back there. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. With a little more attention to deep cleaning, this hotel would be amazing!"

"Stayed in a king room for an event (minus car) and found this to be an good option for a business stay in the immediate area or for events. The bed was maybe the best I've ever slept in, the room was spacious, hot water was more than ample, and soundproofing despite second floor next to elevator held up. Shuttle runs in a loop to nearby Metro and mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had breakfast buffet, was tasty and had many good options including protein. Note that there is a daily charge for parking, also breakfast is not cheap, account for this in price comparisons."

"The upholstery headboards need cleaning, several path areas on ceiling. Hot tub out of order and Friday advertised as $10 old fashioned come to find out it's only a few hours on Friday. Truly misleading, also I liked it better when weekend guest did not have to pay for parking. Space still nice but bathrooms, headboard and ceiling could use an upgrade. Also hallways spelled of old water damage."
