“We had two rooms and a party of 7 and the rooms were huge and very nice. Check in and parking where a breeze. We tried both restaurants that where seconds from the hotel and both where so good. The pool area was very nice and the fire pits were so relaxing. The breakfast offered had a good variety and everything tasted good. We would def stay here again. ”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
