Family Vacation
Our family vacation was fantastic in this home. We had everything we would need for the week right there. In fact, we only left once to go to the beach, and decided we didnt want to go anywhere else. So many amazing memories made here. Thanks again James!!!

Great home - clean, beautiful pool and outdoor area!
My family of 9 and I had the perfect stay at Tropical Palms. The place is just as pictured, very clean and open. The outdoor area, pool, and hot tub are amazing. Communication from the owner was great throughout. Could ask for a better place!

Great House
Lovely home with a fabulous pool! Very true to the pictures and just a gem! We had an adult in a wheelchair and it fit our needs perfectly. The host is super responsive and obviously takes good care of the property. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Great spot to stay
The kids had a blast fishing on the dock. Neighbors are super friendly. The place was very spacous and fit 10 people comfortably. The pool is amazing and we used it every day. A few small issues came up but the host promptly responded. Great areabof Cape Coral to stay at.

Beautiful property, great location.
This property is most definitely one of my favorite properties. I cannot say enough how pleased we were with our stay. Not a single complaint, everything was as described, pictures don't do this properly justice. Everything was smooth and easy from check in to checkout James was great for all of our needs. We will definitely be booking again for future trips!

Tropical Palms was the most wonderful place to spend our location. From communication with the host,To the fully stocked kitchen, to the glorious outdoor space you can tell the utmost care and thought was taken in setting up this home. We will be back for sure!

Great vacation rental, perfect for families that enjoy fishing
We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool with our family from Ohio. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock area. As a group we caught over 50 fish and saw many turtles and ducks. The kids really enjoyed the board games, pool table and fooseball. We also walked to the nearby park to play basketball. The property is close to stores and restaurants. James was very helpful and has a great rental.

Great time /awesome property
We were 3 families. Only one with a child under 12. They others were adults. We had an awesome time. We spent 95 percent of our time at the pool area. It makes the property in my opinion. Can’t beat it. The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to make meals easily. The property is close to stores which is a plus and a gym which I was able to get a week’s visitors pass. The only negative for me was the bed mattress is very soft. You may like that. It was a bit tough on my back. James is a great host. Easy to contact if need be. I would definitely go back. Love the location. Was a relaxing week and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Paradise found!
Exceptional home! Just what we needed to accommodate 2 family members with limited mobility. Absolutely loved the back living spaces - lanai, grill/kitchen area & dock. Grandsons loved the pool and swam at least 4 times a day! Technology great, Alexa was easy to use with voice commands. Instructions on use along with troubleshooting steps for pool, spa, Alexa are posted. We had minor hiccup due to power outage during storm but James was available by text to answer questions, very responsive!

Beautiful Home Fantastic Vacation
There should be a 6-7 star rating for this home. Absolutely gorgeous in every way. The home was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and the entire family had a wonderful time. My father in law who has limited mobility was completely comfortable accessing the entire house including the pool and lanai area. James was a pleasure to work with all instructions were spot on and made for a smooth check in. If you are looking for a large home to stay in with a gorgeous pool and property and especially if someone has any form of limited mobility this is definitely the place for you AAA+++ 5 Stars all the way!!

Perfect!
We five travel together frequently. This home was perfect for us! The pool area was fabulous and used every day! We made good use of the two master suites which accommodated our wheelchair bound friends. James, it was just perfect! We look forward to coming back!

Mid-Winter Break
This is an awesome property! The pool area is absolutely amazing! The house is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are not “Alexa-smart” people, but we enjoyed using the technology once we figured it out. James was great to work with. He had timely response to our questions and even checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back to this property!

Literal heaven!
There were 10 of us that stayed and there were 10 of us that didn’t want to leave! The house is beautiful and the pool area is absolutely amazing. It’s really like having your own resort to yourself. James was awesome as far as communication and promptly answered any questions we had as well as kept us up to date on local info. I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO vacation homes and this was definitely the best all around. The area is beautiful as well and you won’t want to leave! Thank you James and until next time Cape Coral!

Girls vacation
The house was very clean. But the pool was our favorite thing. It was amazing! I have mobility issues and I could get in and out of the pool with no problem. We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting on the lanai. Just what we wanted peace and relaxation. James was excellent and answered quickly if texted with a question.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Außenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool
Wir waren mit 9 Personen in dem schönen Haus in Cape Coral. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist der Außenbereich, der Pool und der Whirlpool. Es gibt neben der Außenküche viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Abends hat der Pool eine schöne Beleuchtung. Der Besitzer James ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen, die wir per Mail gestellt haben, hat er noch am gleichen Tag geantwortet und uns immer geholfen. Die Wohngegend ist schön und Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Danke an James für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub in seinem Haus !

Plenty of room and a resort style pool!!
Our party of 9 had a fantastic stay. James (owner) is a great property manager - he kept us informed every step of the way and was only a call or text away if we had any issues (which we did not). The pool was a HUGE hit with our group and being right on the canal allowed for fishing and just a great place to watch the waterbirds. I have already recommended this property to several family members. I highly recommend this property!

Great house
The house was perfect every thing was great!! Would definitely stay there again. Getting to the house in the neighborhood was a little odd but that’s just the layout of the streets.

Thanks Kathleen....Yes, there are more canals in Cape Coral than there are in Venice Italy, so the roads aren't always laid out in a grid. Glad you enjoyed it though!!

Awesome pool and place
This property is really wonderful for family fun! The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group. The living space was open and perfectly stocked for cooking or grilling. We loved the heated pool and grandkids loved the shelf for learning to swim and the little bubble fountains provided fun. Hot tub/spa was great way to start or end the day. View of the canal made it perfect spot. Great communication with owner before and after visit with great home prep videos. Loved our stay!

Fabulous!
We had such a great time! The house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every minute being in the pool and enjoying the patio! The house had everything we needed for our larger family! Publix and Walmart were very close - as we did our daily run for food for the day! James was awesome! Responded quickly and had so many awesome tips! Will definitely be back!

Covid 2 year Delayed Vacation
Over the top fantastic. It really delivered on the photos on thewev-ssite. We had so much fun and spent most of our time by (and in ) the pool. This place is set up perfectly for someone in a wheelchair and those of us that do not. Thanks to James for leaving a few things for us in the refrigerator as by the time we got in all the grocery stores were closed. Really a nice touch for tired travelers.

few homes that are truly accessible
To find a home that is truly wheelchair accessible is almost impossible but then to find one that is as beautiful as this one is priceless! The owner was prompt with any of our questions and the location and pool like nothing we have ever experienced. We truly appreciate James offering his home to the public. A gem for sure!

Great place to relax and spend time with friends
This property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for eleven adults. John is great to work with. He explains everything thoroughly and is quick to offer assistance when needed. The pool and backyard are a peaceful retreat. The house is very spacious, clean, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. We will recommend this property to family and friends.

Excellent communication
From the beginning, James did an excellent job of setting expectations, explaining processes, and building rapport. As he says, the house is “his baby,” and he is committed to maintaining and upgrading it. A new remote pool monitoring system meant the temperature was where we wanted when we arrived (other places take a day to heat the pool). Lots of other tech and upgrades followed that theme. The kids loved the children’s museum, playgrounds, and other activities around town, but of course the pool was the main draw. We also had luck fishing from the dock. Easy in and out, friendly and courteous throughout.

Great place to enjoy family time.
Plenty of outdoor space and indoor space to play games. It took us a bit to figure out the smart pool system. The owner was very responsive to answering questions. There are a lot of directions for everything, which seemed like too much to read, but once we figured everything out it was simple. We enjoyed Mels diner, hit the Shell Factory, the flea market was a very nice market and spent a day at Fort Meyers Beach. Lastly, we ended the trip at Fisherman’s Village, which is awesome!

You were the first person in the house following the installation of our new pool control system, and we learned through your experience that the new pool & spa instructions that we posted were not quite as clear as they could have been. We have revised the operating instructions sign, so future guests should have a much easier time. I very much appreciate your good communication through those early hiccups. I'm glad to hear that you made it to Mel's Diner! My personal favorite. :)
