The location and privacy of the unit is great. Right on the boardwalk. Right on the beach. Place is fairly quiet. Plenty of room to play on the beach and in the pool. Balcony view is awesome. The two bedrooms and two baths are adequate. Not a lot of storage, we basically lived out of our suitcases. Bathrooms have been redone with a refitter, looks nice Beds are comfortable. A/C blows cold, but a little loud. The cleaning crew is bad. Found bacon, candy, and nuts under the couch and coffee table. Floor tile was laid very uneven. Most of the furniture wobbles sure to uneven tile There is a water leak above the fridge. Had to use a cookie sheet to collect the water. Has to have been there for some time as you cannot close the refrigerator door without pushing it hard as the drywall is swelled up due to the moisture. The light in the refrigerator is broken. Racks in the freezer are rusted. Laundry unit works great and is convenient. Be nice if it had a dishwasher. There is room for one. Hard to wash dishes in a small single basin sink. Plus, some of the dishes weren't washed from previous tenant. Keurig would be nice at this price point (we brought our own). There is black mold from the leak outside on the balcony overhang. Also, the lighting is confusing. Takes awhile to figure out what switches do what, didn't figure them all out Realty company was difficult to contact in off hours. They were going to send someone to look at leak, no one ever showed. They have conflicting information between texts, emails, and web based guest portal. Portal is a great idea, but it needs to include all the information, or just get rid of it. We would stay in the same area again, even the same building, but not this unit. It could be great, but issues need addressed.
