“The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train……

“We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice. We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. Our room was very clean, spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea, sitting there at night with a drink was great to relax. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. “位置十分理想，就在景區正對面，但是房間臨馬路，隔音很差，路邊有車經過甚至有人講話都聽得很清楚，我們一晚沒睡好，一早就有當地老先生在路口聊天，我們就被吵醒了！早餐也很普通，沒什麼吸引人的！酒店似乎改過名字，而且入口有點不明顯，我們拖著行李經過酒店卻沒發現，問了路人才知道錯過了！”

“This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. ”
