"The hotel itself was outstanding. It is beautiful and the location can't be beat. We stayed in a waterfront room and loved it. While small, the balcony and view absolutely made up for it. It's located close to so many incredible restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a gorgeous walk with a nice dedicated sidewalk to Boca do inferno with so much to see in between. Their breakfast is delicious with a great variety from eggs and bacon to pastries and even a gluten free selection which I really appreciated. Don't miss the rooftop bar area - the views are spectacular! My one caveat is about the parking garage. We visited in late October and had some trouble with parking. When we pulled up to the garage, we couldn't even take a ticket to enter because it was full and had to wait a while. So heads up - you may need to wait at the steep entrance until someone else leaves. There are limited spaces and it's open to the public, not just hotel guests so you can't be guaranteed a spot. I could see the garage entrance from our room and saw a lot of frustrated people unable to enter, with some trying to manually lift the gate arm. I think some signage out there would be appreciated and helpful. Besides this, I would stay here again."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. However, on one of the nights, I noticed a stain on the bedsheets. I requested that they be changed, and the staff promptly took care of it, which I appreciated. Despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially for its convenient location and friendly service."
