“It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem. ”

“Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed.
