The One and only Holiday House in Abruzzo with exclusive use of Jacuzzi, Sauna, Pool, Billiard and Table Football. The perfect retreat for total relax, luxury and comfort. Wellness and tranquillity are guaranteed. Surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view from the sea to the mountains.
Bellavista-Spa consists of two beautiful flats that are connected by an internal staircase but also have two separate external entrance doors.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, two flat screen TVs, a spacious living area and 4 bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for every guest.

Included free of charge:

- Private car park for 4 cars
- High-quality Towels, beach towels and bed linen

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday home.

Distances: only 30 km from Pescara airport
about 20 km from the beautiful beach of Pineto.
Nearby, just 300 metres away, there is a bar that serves handmade croissants and coffee. A supermarket with groceries is also within easy walking distance.

With a capacity for up to 14 people, it is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. The villa has been designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy, combining elegance with functionality.

Relaxation and pleasure are guaranteed on the property:

- Sauna for up to 7 people: for a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.
- Large Jacuzzi for up to 10 people: the ideal place to enjoy a glass of Prosecco with a view of the mountains
- Pool: An oasis of tranquillity with a large sunbathing lawn and a sun terrace with 14 sun loungers and a large pergola for sun protection.

Outside, the villa offers a large wooden BBQ grill and a 7 metre long marble table, perfect for dining for up to 20 people. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven for preparing delicious pizzas and a gas hob.
