"The hotel is under renovation, but acceptable. We were not told about the need to reserve parking; you do need to do that at busy times. The attached restaurant was truly appalling the night we used it; avoid at all costs."

"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."

"We (4 siblings and 3 partners) spent a very enjoyable 4 nights at Larpool Mill. As previous guests have mentioned, the road outside is closed which makes for a very peaceful stay. Dale View Cottages
"The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners"
