"When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist did find my booking in his system and I had to wait about an hour to have a room. The provided room was very small with tiny bathroom. That is opposite to what mention in the app during reservation for the room to have 369 Sq feet. Overall experience is not good. "

My recent stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping—went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I loved having a full kitchen and even a washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Wi-Fi was fast, and the work area was great for getting things done.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The evening social gatherings were a lovely bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities were top notch, with a fantastic on site restaurant offering delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, located in the center of Khobar, but quiet enough for a restful stay.

"The horel is well located, the suite in good conditions,we rent because of the kitchen but there was no pots, pans, dishes, glass... nothing just a kettle and fridge. So we couldn't cook our meals in Ramadan time where everything is closed. "
