"This house was great! Had everything we needed to cook a lot at home. We had people in every room but easy to stay in ground floor to not disturb the rest of house. Kitchen there and access to pool with lots of seating outside. No beach view from ground floor. 2 of the bedrooms have a lot of bunks in them and they were tight for anything but sleeping. Plenty of linens/towels for all. Washer and dryer in garage and in a 3rd floor bedroom. Open closet outside that is full of beach things (at least when we went). Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys - it was wonderful.Walk to beach is so minimal. A few feet to the end of the culdesac and then the boardwalk is short. shorter walk to water than a lot of the beach front condos.The beach had tons of white sand and the water was clear for half the week but filled with seaweed the second half. There are condos on either side of the house that set out their own chairs and umbrellas but they are farther back from the water. Still plenty of open beach right outside the house. People DO bring their own canopies that take up the majority of a line of the beach, but we just put our chairs in front of them closer to the water line.Biggest negative is the location within PCB. It seemed safe enough but the area is not the nicest. Possibly on the upswing but looks a bit shabby now. It was a 20 minute drive to Pier Park for food and shopping and traffic was bad at certain times, but doable.Highly recommend this house!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was well stocked and provides all the comforts of home. Check-in was a breeze and the property owner is very informative and responsive throughout the visit. The location provided easy access to food, entertainment and of course a few steps to the beach. We will definitely book here again in the future. "

There is not a single thing that it could be said negatively about La Quinta Inn hotel at Costal Palm at PCB, FL. We are planning our next trip there. "

"If you’re looking for a place to stay that gives you the home away from home vibe, this is definitely it. From the time of booking until the end of our trip, the owner communicated with us making sure that we were comfortable. Condo is nicely situated steps away from the beach and right off the strip from several restaurants and activities (go karts, slingshot, arcade, mechanical bull). The condo looks just like the pictures and the view from the balcony/patio is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again and again!!"
"The condo is decked out exactly like a beach condo. Beach access was literally right around the corner. Having a pool with a deep end and a little game room was awesome. Right outside our back door was a pond! The layout of the condo was perfect. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within close proximity to shopping centers and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of available spots and easy access to the entrance. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service."

"This beach house was a perfect match for our large family vacation. With only a few steps from the back door to the beach, it suited our elderly as well as convenient for those with smaller children who needed to make frequent trips back to the house. It would be helpful if there were more larger cookware such as pots and skillets for large meals but we made do with what was available. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!"
"We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I slept fine though. There was a couch in our room that converted to a bed. There was no noise so after a busy day at the beach it was nice to come back and be able to relax in the peace and quiet. We did go to the breakfast and it was well stocked, very clean and tasty. The only negative was our room smelled like weed when we first got there but once the a/c was on, we didnt smell it anymore and that's with multiple trips in and out of the room. I would definitely book a room here again in the future. It was close to the beaches and conveniences. The staff were nice although we didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but nice place outside the busy touristy areas. "
