Comfortable living space for 4 people but not really more due to the single shared bathroom on the second floor. Vanity in bathroom is not flush to the wall. Bedrooms large but mattresses and pillows are hard futon like mattresses. Temperature control in the bedrooms difficult due to single thermostat on the main floor. Neighbors smoking marijuana definitely comes through the walls or vents...
