“Good ”

“This was an interesting stay - it's a Pop-up hotel - the first floor is where the rented apartments are and the upper floors are all residents. As a hotel patron, you have to park on the 6th (top) floor then walk down the ramp to the elevator to get back down to the 1st floor. A bit of a pain but once you figure it out, it's workable. The building is huge with very long hallways. But everything is brand spankin new so it's wonderful. The beds and bedding are super cozy! The kitchen is……

“Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable with bright white sheets. Restaurant downstairs has glass fireplaces around the whole patio above the river, which creates amazingly cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff added a feeling of warmth and welcoming to overall atmosphere. ”

“I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. ”
