“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years, and I specifically chose to try Marriott to compare the level of service and hospitality. “Truly unique and satisfying. Totally different than all other Reno properties with garish lighting and ubiquitous slot machines. Note: no elevator and extremely tall ceilings in this 100 year old property so 3rd floor is like walking up 4 flights of stairs so must be ready for that if carrying large luggage.”

“From the moment I walked into the cute lobby to be greeted by the lovely Amber to checking out the little wine bar and the cool merch I knew I was going to love The Best Bet Motor Lodge. My room was beautiful with an amazing king size bed, super high end pillows to the most well thought out touches, such as filtered water, homemade chocolates and a nice array of snacks and drinks. The rooms are bright and feel so welcoming. Piper the owner is warm and friendly and truly cares about her guests. I……

“Convient location, and good free breakfast. Also, the evening bar with a limited food menu was a nice touch. I'll stay again, and next time bring by two dogs. The property is excellent for dog owners wanting to travel with their Pups.”

“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.”
