"The host staying with us was surprise and we had to check out one day earlier as we did not like the home and it smelled bad everywhere.The location was close to Reno convention center that was our main reason to book this property.The host started cleaning the kitchen while I was cooking and she said wanted paint her door while we stayed I requested her to do it after we leave.She kept telling she recovered from pneumonia and it scared us as I had 2 young kids. "This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!"

"From the moment I booked this listing in January our host were great. Accurate and easy-to-understand directions were left with no detail overlooked. The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance. "I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"I stayed at this house for a long weekend with my retired parents and teenaged son, daughter and nephew. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds we comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals in the home. Location was great, close enough to the convention center where we were attending events but far enough away that things were quiet, safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed Riviera Reno while we were town for our niece’s graduation from nursing school. Everything about the home was perfect! The set up was great to have the extended family over for meals and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the backyard, the beds were super comfortable, and there were a lot of lovely touches in every room. We also loved the unique decor — so fun! You can tell this home was built with care!"

"Four of us 'ladies' stayed in this lovely home. One flew to Reno from Portland and one from So Cal and 2 drove from Berkeley and Sacramento. We enjoyed the home but were also visiting a resident so didn't spend a a lot of time. Mornings were long talks over the convenient dining table. Plenty of linens and everything spotless. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at. And I’ve stayed at a lot! The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood, and a perfect location for me since my family lives very close. It’s 25 minutes from the resort where I ski so I am hoping to use this same property for ski season. "For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that."

"Modern, clean & comfortable in a central location. Parking was an extra cost, but worth it to have our car in a secure area, It was very handy to have cooking, washing & drying facilities. The traffic noise was a little noisy at times during the night, but the earphones we were provided with assisted us greatly with getting a good night's sleep."
