“Communication, check-in, cleanliness, all 5 stars! The ONLY negative - these houses are very close to each other. We had a rowdy group next door who was partying with loud music, etc. The proximity makes this difficult. When the music, etc. continued into quiet hours - the security team was quick to respond.”

Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. “This property exceeded our expectations all around. The home is artistically detailed, and just takes you away to wonderland when you walk in. There was a ton of entertainment in the home to keep our family of 10 relaxing while driving back and forth to Disney. The movie projection screen setup on the pool is deck was where the adults spent most of their time at night watching playoff games. Publix (grocery store) is located a short drive from the home and was easy to keep the fridge stocked....
