"The property itself was really nice, with awesome views of the lake. However as we walked in we noticed that everything was still dirty from the previous guests. When we contacted our host they said the cleaner had failed to show up to clean and didnt inform them. Which I understand things happen sometimes, however we had to spend all afternoon cleaning. I understand it was not the hosts fault, but maybe it was their responsibility. "

"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
