“This place is amazing. The architecture of the villa is wonderful and it is tastefully decorated. The host has provided games and even a Bluetooth speaker for use in the den as well as a starter kit of coffee for your first day. It’s a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach club at the fairmont. The staff there are great and will take care of you. The little food truck by the fairmont, Pepperjacks, has great and affordable food/drinks. “Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. ”

“The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again ”

“The villa was excellent. Fully equipped and excellent quality. The one thing we could have done with was an umbrella to shade while lying by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Tree Villa and thank you so much for the welcome basket on arrival. It was the perfect holiday. “We had a great stay at the villa. It was equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful in organizing cars and a chef (highly recommended!) for our stay. The layout of the property was perfect for 4 families with 4 kids total. The kids enjoyed the pool but the highlight for all was the daily visit from the monkeys. “Our stay here was excellent. Our family of four prefers less touristy spots, and Worthing Beach was perfect. The beach is a hidden gem, just a four-minute walk via a small access lane across from Mojo’s. Rockley Beach and its stunning boardwalk are also nearby. “This property was an absolute dream! We were 6 adults and 4 kids, and fit so comfortably. Our stay was amazing. John was helpful, and we honestly wished that we had booked for longer. The balconies were to die for. The views, the breeze.. everything was a beauty. We saw monkeys.. and even made friends with the cat by the pool. He never came in uninvited.. Gosh, everything was perfect! 10000/10 stars!!”

“A perfect place to stay for us. Velta and her team her super accessible, friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped for all the activities you can think off. Short 5-10min drive to either holetown or speighstown which have a wide range of shops and resturanats. The beach oppsite is simply wonderful with a number of bars and beach shacks. Great week in barbados, would recommend to all. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and contained everything we needed in a house. Cheryl, the house, the lady that welcomed us, was always at hand if you needed her. There was only one thing missing: transport. However, we hired a car, which gave us a lot of freedom to travel around. We would stay there again.”

“A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. ”
