“The owners are amazing. We were unsure if our trip would happen and they were extra accommodating. This home is the perfect feeling of being in the woods away from the hustle and bustle. We had everything we needed, it was so clean and cozy. ”

“Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Cabin. It had a relaxing ambience and set up for comfort from the beds and furniture, the well equipped kitchen, ample towels and blankets, to the wrap around porch and the hot tub. It was meticulously clean! Even the wildlife seem to know this is a tranquil place-we viewed a baby deer about the grounds wait around for momma doe, which came to collect him towards dusk. Thanks, Mechele, for sharing your home with us!”

“Very nice place. Very well stocked. It is a peaceful and quiet place for sure.”

“Overall was nice we would stay here again. My only problem was the hot tub needed to be clean. It smelled bad. Everything else was clean though. ”

“We had a wonderful vacation. Excellent communication with owner. Very quick and positive responses.Google maps correct. We had 4 vehicles with plenty of room to park. Property sits back off the road. Nice if you have a dog. The game garage had plenty of room. Karaoke stage, lights, microphones. Pool table, Skee-ball, pingpong. The arcade Video game with PacMan, DigDug, Mappy and more brought back good memories and made new ones. Life size connect 4. Cornhole. Kitchen had everything we needed.……

“Nice get away weather didn't treat us to nice after the rain on our second day we were trapped out due to water on the road one way and a power line blocking the road the other,had to leave didn't get to stay our second night but we came back the third day and still had a blast!”
