“When we first viewed the container cabin from the street, my husband went, "Are you kidding me? This is where you booked us to spend four days?" Then we went down to the cabin...within five minutes his assessment totally changed. He was fascinated by the layout of the place. Everything was clean and basically looked new. Everything we needed was supplied, all the little thoughtful things were there. Salt and pepper, sugar and sweetner, coffee, tea cocoa, linens. So many times you have to supply……

“The house was clean, cozy, and everything worked great, including the hot tub. It is closer to neighboring rentals than expected, but I honestly liked that. The balcony is very high and accessed by a steep ladder, so definitely keep that in mind when booking, especially for taller or bigger husbands, he was not a fan that high up. Biggest win for me: not a bug or spiderweb anywhere around the house! Overall, we had a great stay and thought it was a cute, relaxing place to visit. would book again”

“Great pet friendly cabin and a very responsive host. Only improvements I would recommend are adding a washer/dryer, and removing the rat boxes outside to protect the wildlife in this beautiful area.”

“The staff was very helpful, they even gave us some seasonings because we forgot them. The cabin was close to the park. The cabin is cute but the bed was a little too soft for my liking but I'm sure other people think beds are too firm! Overall, it was a great experience! ”

“This cabin was perfect for our three night get away. The cabin was very clean, recommend bringing towels for hot tub. Very close to area attractions, hiked Grandmas gateway trail, Cantwell cliffs and Conkels hollow. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Was looking for a nice place to stay while on a trip to Hocking Hills. Wanted something outside of town, with a nice view and plenty of room. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was about a 20 minute drive to most places which was not an issue at all as the scenery when travelling was amazing. Property was exactly as described, the theater room was used every night to unwind and the back patio view was great. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was located under……

“Best host I could imagine; Everything promised was provided and more. Nicely decorated, extremely thoughtful arrangements of kitchen and bathroom needs, wifi worked well, so did hot tub. Gorgeous well-landscaped cabin on a hillside. Don't hesitate on booking this one. Convenient to all Hocking hiking and to Laurelville for groceries and a few decent food joints. Don't miss Laurelville Pizza.”

“Great secluded location and the hot tub was the main perk for booking. Loved the serene views and feeling of no people around. The cabin itself was poorly stocked with basic equipment, threadbare towels, broken and chipped kitchen utensils and rusty pots and pans. All of the furniture was poorly thrifted and either non functional, falling apart or uncomfortable. ”
