Hotel viejo y huele mal.
Es un hotel con buena ubicación. Ya que está a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Pero es un hotel muy viejo. Muy sucio. Huele mal. El desayuno continental pésimo. Las fotos no corresponden a lo actual.

The parking lot had several people standing around cars and people yelling off the balcony's. I did not feel safe in the parking lot so I left and had to stay somewhere else, I never even got out of the car to even check in. Balconies had concrete broken off from the parking lot view and they did not look safe either. It would be great to be refunded for the stay that I was unable to use do to the unsafe area

Never changed sheets I had to go get cleans towels myself and the shower head was weak and the fire alarm went off while I was in the shower great customer service at the desk

The whole experience was awful the check in process took 2: hours due to miss communicating with the online booking agency had to get refunded the refund the original booking fee so that don't go back to the bank for 3-5 business days then had to rebook the room so cost twice as much and took hours.

This property is in need of some serious work. Every wall had sloppy wallpaper patches that were peeling, there were small holes in some walls, the sink leaked, the counter in the bathroom was hanging on by a hair, wall outlets were not properly attached to the wall, the safety mat in the shower was glued down wallpaper, there were water stains on the ceiling, and the inside of the entry door was ggraffitied. The booking mentioned rollaway beds and adjoining rooms, but neither exist. We were told we couldn't leave until they inspected the room. Will not be going back. Having stayed at other Wyndham properties, this is by far the worst maintained I've stayed at, ever.

This property should be condemned. It is not fit for human habitation. Dirty everywhere. Furniture all stained and filthy, likewise the floors. No hangars provided. Shockingly bad.

A $100 cash deposit was required to check in, card not accepted. This was not disclosed prior to entering the building.

Outside of deposit it was ok
Beware of the $100 cash deposit required. They also inspect the room before giving you your money back, which was different. So plan that in and to your trip itinerary

I always had v my room booked and they wouldn’t even let me check in til 3 pm and then wouldn’t even let me hold my bags there as I had to wait l like 7 hours
