"The staff was friendly and the hotel was close to major city sites, just a short uber ride away. However, the breakfast was terrible, the WiFi was shut off for guests, the elevator was small and there was ants in the bathroom. "

"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good quality. Room was nice but a bit small.
Washroom facilities were good.
Wife uses an electric chair for travelling. There was no ramp from entrance to street and the side walk. The side walk on our side of the street was always blocked by customers off the restaurant up the street. Need a ramp to side walk on both sides of street so yoi can cross road in front of hotel or work with neighbours to make sure sidewalk is left with enough room to get by with wheel chair. "
"The staff was wonderful (we spilled our water bottle in the lobby), the room was exactly what we needed (no more, no less) so the room and bathroom were easily navigated, the room was clean and simple, the buffet was fabulous, and the common room was spacious for all to eat (with big windows) and clean as well. A complete package."
"An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."
