"The building is decent but despite being a no smoking facility it is quite smokey all over the third floor at least. The temperature is controlled by the front desk so no individual unit temperature control at all. The shower only has two temperature settings either burn yourself hot or ice cold it doesn't want to work with anything in-between. The bed is a platform bed so it sinks terribly to the middle and the pull upt isn't a mattress but just a thin mattress topper so it's even worse. It's...

"Too sum up my awful experience while staying at this property.... The microwave had leftover grease and juices in it, there were also chucks of meat and noodle dried on the inside of the microwave door. When I looked inside of the freezer to get ice, the ice tray had frozen orange drink in a few of the tray slots. There was also a brown and black substance around the freezer door which wiped off with hot water and cleaning basic solution. In the bathroom there was a blue substance around the...

"Property was as detailed for the most part. It was clean and a nice little place if you’re visiting with just a few people. Only thing that was misleading was description says bed in bedroom is a king when it’s actually a queen. Did make it harder when sleeping with our toddler. Overall good place to stay when visiting the downtown area. Would recommend when in town for a short stay."

"THE WORST PART OF THIS STAY is how dirty this place is. I can show photos that is disgusting. After getting bitten with insect bites each time I got out of the bed I realized how dirty this bedroom was. I called and showed photos of the dirty bedroom and my bites several placed and got refunded one night. I WOULD NEVER STAY at this place even if someone paid me to stay here. It is really dirty and scary with the bedbugs. Besides from the additional host fee etc, the cost is more expensive than...
