The Space: CityWalk Lofts is a chic, modern high-rise in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs with a gorgeous lobby featuring multiple seating areas, a fireplace, and a grand piano. Invite a friend for relaxed conversation in a stylish, upbeat setting.
A convenient driveway sweeps right up to the building’s entrance with a wide, protective overhang to keep you dry and presentable in wet weather – a perfect place for unloading luggage and gear on arrival. Keypad entry and cameras help you feel secure.
Your personal Colorado Springs haven is just an elevator ride away. As you step inside your studio, you’ll be greeted by energizing daylight flooding through an entire wall of windows overlooking the city and miles of rustic landscape beyond. A sliding door leads to a spacious patio furnished with a table and two chairs where you can admire the view in the fresh air and even enjoy a meal “al fresco.” When you want privacy, simply pull the blinds.
The living space has been efficiently organized, providing you with the day-to-day comforts you require in a compact space that feels spacious and uncluttered. In one corner, you’ll find your sleeping area, with a queen-size bed, night table, and dresser. You also have the option of sitting in a plush loveseat with a coffee table – your mini-living room. Both the sofa and bed enjoy a direct view of the large wall-mounted TV. In exceptionally warm weather, you’ll appreciate the air conditioning!
One wall is dominated by an attractive, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets, and full-size appliances for easy home cooking. Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, and refrigerator/freezer, plus a coffee maker, and even a set of chef’s knives. We want you to feel at home!
The bathroom provides a combination tub/shower as well as a granite-top vanity with storage below.

The Neighborhood: CityWalk Lofts is located in the desirable heart of hip, walkable Downtown Colorado Springs. Within a ten-minute stroll, you’ll find an impressive array of eateries, coffee shops, breweries and lounges, plus shopping, art galleries, and cultural venues like the Cottonwood Center for the Arts which offers art exhibitions, tours, panel discussions, workshops, and more.
The “main drag” of Downtown is Tejon Street, just 4 blocks away.
You’ll also find casual dining and watering holes even closer to home, such as Mash Mechanix Brewing (5-minute walk), 1350 Distilling (4-minute walk), and Brass Brewing Company (8-minute walk).
CityWalk is also surrounded by several parking garages within a block or two.
The Colorado Springs region is a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts, starting right downtown with Acacia Park, where you’ll find a playground and ice rink in-season (a 12-minute walk from home), and Springs Bike Tours (8-minute walk).
Climbing higher on the adventure scale, you’ll find plentiful hiking opportunities in Colorado Springs and beyond, like in Bear Creek Regional Park East (10-minute drive), and the Garden of the Gods (15-minute drive), where ancient, 300-foot-tall sandstone rock formations tower overhead and make for the most dramatic selfies you’ll likely ever take.
The Rockies are rich with trails, canyons, natural wonders, and opportunities for hunting, fishing, skiing, ziplining, and much more, most of which can be reached in well under an hour.
The real star of the Rockies is, of course, Pikes Peak, standing at an elevation of 14,115 feet and offering once-in-a-lifetime views (1 hour, 15 minutes by car, to the summit!).
Getting Around: We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note: We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. -Although we do not have central AC there is a window unit to keep the home cool during the summer months. The radiant heat baseboards also keep the home warm and comfortable. -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
