Great stay in Monument, CO

Our stay was great—rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Loved the walkability of the trails, by the lake and into town to dine and shop. Highly recommend!

Amazing Lake house getaway!

My family and I stayed here for a few days with another family - dear friends that moved to the East Coast - and we all loved it! Huge 2-story place for 4 adults and three kids, about 50 feet from a gorgeous lake. No swimming allowed, but we used the kayaks that come with the rental - amazingly relaxing!! Very clean house, very quiet safe neighborhood, we cooked every day in the awesome kitchen. Nearby small town offers great dining and wine, plus a Safeway grocery store, pharmacy, etc. We sat on the patio every night and watched the sun set. The perfect choice for a relaxing few days!

Beautiful place

We had such a relaxing time! The lake is beautiful and the house was very clean and accommodating!we will definitely come back. Our only issues was the downstairs towel rack came out of the wall when I hung a towel and. It iced all towels rack were a bit loose. Overall such a wonderful place!

Beautiful Views

What a great place! The home is better than advertised with large rooms and living spaces. The views outside the back porch were astounding. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains and quiet lake in the foreground. Our family loved this place. You are only 0.2 miles to the downtown and the wedding venues. 5 out 5 stars all the way!

Overall good with one improvement needed

Very nice house. Clean and well appointed. Nice view. Overall very good. Only need is comfortable furniture on the back deck. The lake view is a big part of the house, but hard to enjoy with basically outdoor dining chairs. The rest was great.

Colorado family fun

The house was beautiful. Everything in the listing met our expectations and then some. The only thing I wish was mentioned is that there is no swimming or wading allowed in the lake. It’s only for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. it didn’t end up mattering in the end for us since the weather was so unpredictable the week we went and we didn’t have an opportunity to use it. The view was absolutely amazing and handing on the deck and enjoying it was the best evening wine down! I would highly recommend this house - it was just a short drive to Colorado Springs and all the activities we wanted to do - and then we’re able to come back and just relax. Don’t hesitate to book this house!
