The property was clean, well stocked and as advertised. It was close to everything downtown Columbia.The only reason for my less than perfect review was the checkin process. I paid 50 to submit a request to check in early. The day before my arrival i still had not heard so I called. The lady was very polite but said that they usually notify early checkins by noon the day of arrival. Since i was traveling from out of state and had very specific reasons for my request, this made firming up my plans difficult.I did get an email the morning of my arrival denying my request for early checkin. Since, i was already in route hoping for an early checkin, we decided to go directly to the house. We noticed that no one was at the house so i decided to call the office again. Again, a very nice lady but she checked and told me that i could check in early.So, overall everything worked out. The property was great, just poor communications around the early check in process.
