Not happy because the lady in the front desk didn´t checked if the room was already paid, and not asking my son who was not aware, proceeded to charge the rate of the room who was already full paid in the credit card again at the moment he checked in, so whats the point for paying in advance in Hotels.com if they don´t send the proper info and when you arrive to the hotel they are going to charge you again when you check in?. My son left the next morning and nobody knew if the problem was going to be solved.
