“Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations, but Sea Dog cottage accomplished this! A beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage with all the comforts of home, it’s the outdoor space that’s the star here. There is a covered deck with dining table as well as Adirondack chairs, which was great for the rainy days. A few steps down a path and one discovers the most perfect seating area overlooking the water, complete with fire pit and hot tub. Could not ask for a more relaxing vacation spot....

“We had a wonderful time in your cozy cabin overlooking the Salish Sea during the stormy season. The cabin had everything we needed for a fun winter getaway, puzzles, DVDs, a comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen.”

The bonus this year of having the Snowbirds practice every day over my head was simply the icing on an already sweet cake. The cottage was charming, homey and had everything one could possibly ask for. The beach front location awesome. We felt as one with nature high in the tree tops with eagles and other birds. “We had a wonderful time being hosted by Shannon at the Heather Cottage. Tucked away in a quiet location right on a wetland, it’s a great escape from the day to day. The cottage is cute and cozy, with everything you need for your getaway. We loved the fresh farm eggs, and the ambience. Wildlife awaits each time you look out towards the wetlands, with a variety of birds as well as an orchestra of frogs come dusk. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by...

“We absolutely loved our stay here, the hosts were so friendly and the guest suite was beautiful. I stayed with my 5 year old son, he was able to meet goats, chickens, ducks and made friends with their dog. He even helped the hosts collect eggs! We had planned to go out an explore the Comox Valley, but my son enjoyed the farm so much we ended up staying there for most of the day. I would highly recommend staying here to any family with young kids or anyone wanting a quiet place to get away”

“Property was fairly clean, there were a couple of , looked like blood spots on the kitchen floor, and the sheets in the master bed had stains(hopefully!) on them. The master bed didn’t have a top sheet so it got hot not having anything but a duvet. The blinds were white so you were up when the sun rose. Our daughters said the mattresses in the bunk weren’t comfortable but overall a good rental on a quiet street.”
