“Adorable little cottage! Backyard oasis with fire pit and hot tub (you'll need to bring your own logs fyi). Close proximity to Brushy Mtn Penitentiary tour which was really interesting and enjoyable. ”

“Visiting family in Monterey, this property is phenomenal! Even my in-laws who came for dinner while we stayed because their kitchen is under remodel were so excited to know of this little gem! Will be staying again and forwarding suggestion to family and friends!!!”

“Beautiful, cozy and clean. So peaceful and nice place to reflect and decompress. Beautifully decorated and just felt so relaxed and at home here. Very safe feeling too. Wifi was great (I had to work and had no issues). We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed watching the geese and other wildlife each day. Hope to make it a regular trip. ”

“This is one of our favorite properties! We have been to the cabin several times and love the location with the river in the backyard, no matter what the season. The home is well appointed with everything you need and there are also fun activities in the area. We love to rent a boat at Dale Hollow and visit the K&S Lavender Farm when we are there.”

“Communication with Keith was amazing. The cabin has everything you need. It's very clean and well organized. One of our favorite places we have started at. Definitely would stay again.”

“We love this cabin! Such a cozy, peaceful place. Feels so remote, tucked away in beautiful woods with almost no noise other than the leaves rustling on the trees. The cabin has such a comfy and homey atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature! Also, there are several local stores and shops not far that have great homemade and handcrafted products.”

“Cabin was nice short distance to the marina ”

“Beautiful view, really quite at this time of season,free dock for tenants! Within walking distance. Only problem I encountered during 4 day stay was the gas grill, the grates was cleaned!but the grease traps were overlooked;and i had a grease fire going on! Plus the grill need heat diffuser replaced! Other than that loved the place. Plan on return booking ”

“Great location and convenient to Sunset Marina. The host did a great job of supplying household items needed for a trip. The place was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a beautiful view of mountians and lake, i suggest giving this place a try.”
