“This was a beautifully restored 1935 home. We had a wonderful time. The rental is the bottom floor of this house. There was no significant notice of upstairs renters who were there at the time. The home is very clean with no bugs. King bed is very comfortable. This is in an older section of town but very quiet and well kept. This appeared to be a safe area of town.This downstairs rental seem to have sole access to the front porch and the entire backyard with fire pit. We did not enjoy, but it...

“We were very impress with the property. It had everything we needed and more. Something that was needed but not mentioned was the half bathroom in the laundry room was amazing and helpful. Kimberly is a great host and excellent at communication. Every room was clean and enough space for everyone. We will be visiting again soon as our son lives there with his wife and our granddaughters so it is family friendly ”
