“Such a nice place! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my wedding weekend. A warning for anyone planning on renting- the stairs are extremely steep, common with houses as old as this. Fortunately there are two bedrooms on the first floor for those of us with mobility issues, which worked great for me. Thank you so much!”

“Great location, nestled back in the community and close to the water. This home is well maintained and a great get away. It easily accommodated the five adults in our group. Lots of sitting/community space and good sized bedrooms. We’d definitely stay here again. Bill was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. ”

“Loved our stay! It has a fenced in yard and my dogs loved it. It was clean and cute. It is in the main road so there is traffic noise, this didn’t bother us though because we live on a main busy road so it was fine. ”

“We rented the entire Inn for a long weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to work in. Kevin, the Inn Keeper was fantastic. He was able to answer any questions we had and offer recommendations.We also had a family memorial service and the the Inn catered the event for us. Tami G, the head chef was amazing to work with! It was nice having the Farm Stand near by for the wonderful sourdough bread along with other delicious backed goods on Saturday/Sunday. We will definitely be back to...

“The apartment is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Greenport. Right down the street from the Shelter Island ferry which we took to go hiking. Enjoyed our stay!”
